Our shopping experience was quick and easy, all done through emails an online purchasing, price point was the same for our RV Banff Suite special size requirements. Delivery was really efficient, detailed emails, with easy tracking of our mattress to know exactly where it was and when it was arriving. Unpacking our mattress was easy, though with no instructions, once plastic was open the mattress just sprung open onto bed, which is great but unfortunately it was upside down, so a bit of a challenge flipping it in tight RV quarters. There was absolutely no smell, though we did let it sit for a few hours to let it air and plump up before putting our mattress protector and bedding on. The mattress has been so comfortable and an absolute dream to sleep on since the very first night. We are both larger people and have arthritis and chronic pain points, and we’re both sleeping so much better, we are back and side sleepers and do not wake up from each other’s movements. The edge support is great and we can easily get in and out of bed even with our mobility issues. We absolutely love our new Banff Suite Mattress and can’t say enough about the quality and comfort of it. We’re so glad we went with DirectBed for our Canadian made mattress

we find the mattress to be firmer than we are used to. That being said, the firmness allows each of us to toss and turn as we please without the other feeling the movement from the mattress. The delivery crew was fabulous.

Our shopping experience was quick and easy, all done through emails an online purchasing, price point was the same for our RV Banff Suite special size requirements. Delivery was really efficient, detailed emails, with easy tracking of our mattress to know exactly where it was and when it was arriving. Unpacking our mattress was easy, and there was absolutely no smell, though we did let it sit for a few hours to let it air and plump up before putting our mattress protector and bedding on. The mattress has been so comfortable and an absolute dream to sleep on since the very first night. We are both larger people and have arthritis and chronic pain points, and we’re both sleeping so much better, we are back and side sleepers and do not wake up from each other’s movements. It’s a true 13” high with great edge support for getting in and out of bed, even with my mobility issues. We absolutely love the quality & comfort our RV King Banff and our experience with DirectBed 🇨🇦
