What is a Full XL Mattress?

Full XL Mattress are also known ad Double XL Mattresses and measure 54" wide by 79" long. They are best for smaller bedrooms where you still want the length of a queen, but double width will do. They are commonly used in the hotel industry because of their very efficient sleeping surface size. Long enough to accomodate sleepers over 6 feet tall, but narrow enough to allow more floor space in smaller bedrooms.

What is a Short Queen Mattress?

A Short Queen Mattress refers to the specific size 60" x 74" mattress which is most commonly used in camper vans, RVs, Camper trailers, motor homes and mobile homes. Short queen became the standard mattress size to use in most RV's and has become synonymous with an RV mattress. Short queen mattress dimensions may vary by 1" or so, so you may see RV Short queen referrred to as 75" wide or 74.5". Not to worry, this extra 0.5" to 1" will not be noticeable.

How Big is a Short Queen Mattress?

How Long is a Short Queen Mattress?

A Short RV Queen Mattress is 74" long. It is 4" shorter in length than a regular queen mattress. Most RVs, Camper trailers or Motorhomes require this extra 4" length to add space to the bedroom. The queen RV short mattress has long been the standard for RV's as it is the most efficient use of floor space. Please keep in mind, the length and width dimension may vary by 0.5" to 1" depending on the manufacurer and is not that noticeable after you put your linens on the bed.

How Wide is a Short Queen Mattress?

A Short Queen Mattress is 60" wide. This is the standard width of a regular queen mattress also. It is designed to fit two large adults comfortably sleeping together. An RV Short queen Mattress differs from a regular queen in length only.
