All California King Size mattresses ordered from Direct Bed are shipped in a convenient box that can be easily carried into your house and bedroom. Once you receive the mattress, it can be unrolled onto your bed. There is a 48 hour rebound period for your mattress to fully regain its size before compression.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges if I purchase Cal. King?

Direct Bed is able to offer both a 100 night exchange guarantee and refunds on California King Mattresses. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with exchanging the mattress in the case of an exchange. In the case of a refund, the buyer is responsible for the cost of transportation back to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned mattress, we will refund your order less a 20% restocking fee.

All California King Size Mattresses ship for free to the United States and to Canada. Orders must hit the minimum $499 in order to ship for free. All mattresses ship in a rolled and box package, which arrives conveniently to your door and is able to be carried to your bedroom with ease.

What is the warranty on my mattress?

Every mattress in our line-up comes with prorated warranty, varying in length depending on the mattress type. Our standard mattresses carry a 1-3 year warranty. Our Premium mattresses carry a 5-8 year warranty. Our Elite Mattresses carry 10-15 or 20 year warranty (Intellibed)

How often should I change my California King Size Mattress?

Different mattresses in our line up will last longer or shorter depending on their durability features. Mattresses will also last longer depending on how you take care of them.

Generally, our Basic California King mattresses will last 2-5 years, our Premium California King Mattresses will last 5-10 years, our Elite California King Mattresses will last 8-20 years. A longer lasting mattress comes at a higher budget.

Generally speaking, a California King mattress lasts about 8 years if it is a good quality mattress from our Premium collection. If your mattress is over 8 years old, it is time too think about replacing it.

Here are some ways you can wear your mattress out faster:

How do I know what type of sleeper I am?

When you go to bed at night, what is your instinctive position that you start to sleep in? On your back? On your side? On your stomach? Whichever position you instinctively start in, this is your preferred sleeping style.

Many people sleep in all positions, this is okay. If this is your preference, try looking for a mattress that is a side sleeper mattress, since side sleeper mattresses will cover both side and back (or stomach).
