Standard delivery for Home Care or Hospital beds is $75 each way. For more complex deliveries, such as those involving stairways or tight spaces, we may provide a custom quote based on the specific requirements.
Is delivery to my door or to my bedroom?
Our delivery service for Homecare and hospital beds includes full setup, ensuring that you or your loved one can rest comfortably as soon as we’re finished.
Will I get delivery same day?

If you’re within 100 km of our store, we may even be able to deliver your order the same day. Call us at (905) 594 1247 to check if same-day delivery is available for you.
Typically, most deliveries take between 3-8 business days, but deliveries within 100 km of our store can often be completed more quickly.
What if my homecare or hospital bed malfunctions?
If your homecare or hospital bed experiences any issues, we will promptly respond to resolve the problem and get your bed back in working order as quickly as possible. This service is included in your monthly bed rental price.
I've placed my order, what now?
After you set up your rental agreement with Direct Bed for your homecare or hospital bed, we will schedule the delivery and provide you with instructions on how to prepare for it.
Where is your store located?
We are located at 43 Teal Ave, Stoney Creek. If you're coming from Niagara, take the Fruitland Road exit and head west on the South Service Road. We are about 4 minutes away on the left-hand side.
If you're coming from the Toronto area, exit at Centennial and continue straight on the South Service Road. We’re just 2-3 minutes ahead on the right side of the road.
