Our 100-Day Satisfaction Program

We want you to love your new mattress. That's why we offer a 100-day window for exchanges and a clear return policy.

Exchanges: Finding the Perfect Fit

It can take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface. We recommend trying your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow for this adjustment period.

  • 100-Day Exchange Window: If, after the initial 30 days but before 100 days have passed since your purchase, you feel your mattress isn't the right fit, you are welcome to exchange it for another model in our lineup that may be more comfortable for you.

Returns

If you wish to return your mattress, the following conditions apply based on whether the product has been opened.

  • Unopened Products (Within 10 Days):

    • Returns are accepted for any unopened product within the first 10 days of receiving your purchase.

    • The mattress must still be in its original, unopened box or bag. No exceptions can be made.

    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.

    • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return transportation to our warehouse.

  • Opened Products:

    • Due to the hygienic nature of mattresses, returns of opened products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
