Firstly, a large percentage (if not all) mattresses on Amazon, are Chinese or imported mattresses with less stringent standards for chemical foam content.

Hey, it's the elephant in the room so lets get it out of the way. The pandemic, was a challenge for us and created some long lasting negative experience.

In fact we have one customer, who was so mad at us during the pandemic that he still leaves negative reviews for us under many different names. Generally speaking all of our carriers (Canpar, UPS, Fedex) delayed their shipping times and created bad customer experience, for which we have apologized and made right with each customer.

We took this feedback as an opportunity to improve our process and rely less on carriers such as Canpar.

We also are in a highly competetive business as you know, and thus there are some fake negative reviews against us as well from competitors. Google Reviews has done a better job of removing fake reviews.
